I noticed a minute ago that, apparently, I actually have somebody who follows this blog, other than my mom. So, congradulations, and thanks for making this blog less pointless!
I just got a new CD. It's called, "21st Century Breakdown" and it's written by the band Green Day. Most of the songs are pretty good. My favorites are, "Viva la Gloria? (Little Girl)" and "Restless Heart Syndrome." It also came with these pretty bad versions of Green Day's most popular songs that were recorded at a concert in Tokyo. I need to take them off my Ipod.
I'm trying to get all of my schoolwork for the week done, and probably will be finished in the next hour or two. I barely had any time to do work this week, but I have been able to get caught up fairly quickly, luckily.
Tomorrow Dad's getting home from South Africa. He's going to be sooooo tired...

The economy is all very fine
If you think just of yourself,
Although it causes detriment
If you’re someone else
If you’re, say, an African
Living off your corn
When Monsanto walks on in
And treats your work with scorn.
They buy up all the farmland
And utilize the space
To grow their “Genetically Enhanced” poison foods
At frankly frightening rates.
They treat their animals
Like trade goods
That they can kick, stab, and even slaughter
All for the “greater good.”
Their pens are the size of the gym,
But the max. capacity is full at all times,
I once saw a man grab the ear of
And cause a lot of pain to a poor swine.
They say “A loaf of bread is just $1!”
But the poor are starving ‘cause they haven’t a half
And while corporate food giants get richer,
Small family farms get smashed.
So go and buy more cheap, processed foods,
Even though they’ll make you fat
And try to think about the guy
Who gave up his farm, his life, so you could have that.
